There's an abundance of exciting attractions available in Alaska's interior, and we are excited to share them with you! Visit our Ticketing and Information Services Counter for detailed attraction information, ticketing services, complimentary itinerary planning services, and shuttle service reservations. There is no additional charge when booking attractions through our Ticketing Counter.

We are more than happy to help you plan your entire itinerary for your stay in Alaska's interior. Just tell us how many days you'll be here and what types of activities (fishing, gold mining, sightseeing, etc.) capture your interest, and we'll do the rest, including ticketing, shuttle transfers, and dinner reservations! All itinerary planning services are provided complimentary to our guests.

We also offer daily narrated shuttle service* to and from many popular Fairbanks attractions for only $5.00 per person round-trip. Or, if you'd rather venture out on your own, we'll provide detailed driving directions, too!

Fun Free Activities
  • Explore Pioneer Park, 44 acres of historical buildings, shops, and museums.
  • Visit the Fairbanks Log Cabin (Visitor's Information Center) and pick up a brochure for a self-guided walking or driving tour of downtown Fairbanks.
  • Stop by the North Pole Visitor's Center - a log cabin with a unique sod roof. Open Memorial Day to Labor Day.
  • Explore the Alaska Public Lands Information Center and enjoy various displays, free movies, and a wealth of information.
  • Stroll the University of Alaska Fairbanks campus.
  • Visit the Trans-Alaska Pipeline viewing and information station.
  • Visit Creamer's Field - a migratory bird refuge - and participate in a nature walk.
  • Stop by the Farmer's Market in either Fairbanks or North Pole and view Alaskan-grown vegetables and locally made crafts.
  • Go fishing or take a swim at Chena Lakes Recreation Area - Alaska's answer to the need for beach!
  • Relive your childhood while sitting on Santa's knee while visiting Santa and Mrs. Claus at Santa Claus House.
  • Take a leisurely drive down Nordale Road and view the interior's only Boreal Forest.
  • Join us at Santaland RV Park for twice weekly evening socials, "Christmas Cocoa at the Park," featuring hot cocoa, cookies, candy canes, marshmallows, friendly conversation, and even occasional surprise appearances by Blitzen the reindeer!
  • Enjoy a quite evening stroll down North Pole's Beaver Slough Nature Trail (access available from Santaland RV Park).
  • Little ones ready to run and play? Let them work out all that energy on one of three playgrounds within walking distance of Santaland RV Park.
  • Visit Dasher and Blitzen, two members of Santa's reindeer team, at their corral at Santaland RV Park.
  • Take a picture of the official North Pole "pole" at the 5th Avenue park.
  • Visit KJNP (King Jesus North Pole), a mission-style radio and television station. Tours available.
